The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

The cozy and sustainable wooden holiday home "Bergufer" is located at the bottom of the Kofel mountain and on the banks of the Ammer river.
