This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

The apartment with a spacious balcony was newly built in 2018 in the center of the village, is accessible by elevator and is located on the upper floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There are also 2 sofa beds in the living/dining area. We provide towels and bed linens for your stay. The car can be parked in the carport next to the house. For bicycles, there is a separate lockable storage room.

2-room apartment with balcony (lounge and dining table), living, dining and kitchen, as well as a shower/toilet are located on the 1st floor. The bedroom and a spacious bathroom with large shower in the attic. The couch in the living room can be converted to a double bed. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary items of daily use. Very central location, shopping within 500 m, the center of Kelheim is about 1.5 km away.

Apartment in Nittendorf

Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.

Vacation home on the blue water (Essing)

We offer you a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher). A washing machine is also available. The house has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed, one of which also has a sofa bed. The third has two single beds. Each room also has a wardrobe. Depending on which room you wake up in, you will see the rocks or the water :)

Hey dear guests, We offer you a beautiful place to stay with a great view over Kelheim into the Altmühl Valley and the Befreiungshalle. The property is best suited for families with children or guests who like children. The house is located on the slope and the rooms are located in the basement, directly overlooking Kelheim and our garden. You have your own entrance.
