Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Charming annex close to beach and forest

The annex is located at the back of our garden with its own entrance and terrace with garden furniture. The annex is 22 m2 and furnished with living room/kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine), bedroom with double bed 160 cm wide and bathroom with bathtub/shower. 100 m. from a fantastic beach and Espergærde's small harbour with cozy cafes, ice cream parlours and restaurants. Close to Louisiana (2 km). Helsingør (6 km). Only 30 minutes from Copenhagen. Bringing your own hotplates is not allowed. Children under 10 years old are not allowed.

The Hops House

Enjoy the culture of the immediate area and then return to our tranquil setting, where you may hear the woodpeck pecking in the trees, watching a frog jump over the road – or catch a glimpse of a deer gently moving through the garden at dusk. 🌾🌲 We offer a newly renovated annex with a private entrance, living room, kitchen as well as toilet and bathroom. Here you can relax in peaceful surroundings and enjoy the cozy atmosphere – maybe with a cup of coffee on the terrace overlooking the garden and the open fields.

Bemærk - rygeforbud gælder alle inden og udendørsområder. Du har køer og heste som tætteste naboer. Lejligheden er lille, men med plads til 4 overnattende gæster. Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året, fra 01. Oktober til 30. April er der tillæg for spa på 150,-/dag Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster

In the heart of Elsinore

The apartment is located in the cozy historic city center of Elsinore. Only 5 minutes walk to train station, ferry to Sweden, multiple restaurents, grocery store, and special stores. A pearl for shoppers and city lovers. The kitchen section is large and well equipped. And so is the home office - including high speed WiFi Internet access. The bed is upstairs - not easily accessible for people with moving disabilities. Despite the central location, the apartment is surprisingly quiet.

The old barbershop by the monastery

Esrum is a small quit village placed 50km outside Copenhagen. Esrum is beautiful situated next to one of Denmark greatest forest, Gribskov, and in working distance to Esrum Lake. Gribskov offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, bird watching and much more. Esrum monastery is placed 100meter from the house, and offers museum and different activities. In the daytime there are a Café serving light dishes. Nearest grocery store is in the next village, 3km away.

Unique beach-house

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees.
