Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Stay on the farm and enjoy exploring. Nice porch & fire pit to enjoy the days and evenings. The farm is 40 acres which includes two acres of organic vegetables. There are chickens, sheep, cows, goats and one pig. Most weekends you can enjoy watching the skydivers across the road at the Yolo County Airport. Spring, Summer & Fall weekends, the farm brewery may be open too!

South Woodland 3 Bdrm Charmer, close to UCD

Three bedroom house that comfortably sleeps 6, could fit in 10. We are in south woodland, a quick 15 min drive to Davis, 15 min drive to Sacramento Airport and only 0.4 miles to Woodland Memorial Hospital. No carpet at the house, just a couple of removable rugs for those who may be concerned with dust We have a spacious yard with a pergola and a gas BBQ. Absolutely no parties or loud gatherings.

Country Studio Unit A 20 min SMF & UCDavis Campus

We have wonderful views of the Napa, Berryessa and Capay Valley mountain ranges. We’re surrounded by almond tree orchards and have a secluded backyard where stargazing is a must. We’re 30 minutes from Cache Creek Casino. 10-15 minutes from UC Davis, 20 minutes to SMF and 25-30 minutes to Downtown Sacramento. Please refer to my guidebook for our local favorites! Cheers!
