The space is a private home and guests have sole access to the whole property. Host lives next door and is available for support. Be mindful the nest is perched above the garage and is only accessible by steep stairs.

Our charming 2 bedrooms/1 bath duplex is located in central Davis.. Within walking distance (15-20 minutes) to downtown Davis and UC Davis depending on destination. It has internet, a comfortable king sized bed and a full sized bed . A large dinner table and a fully functioning kitchen (no dishwasher). The bathroom is stocked with toiletries. There is a washer/dryer. We might be flexible with check in/out time. Also if there are blocked dates, we might be able to open them, please ask.

Our approximately 500 sq. ft. fully furnished studio is just a short drive from the UC Davis campus and within walking distance of two bus lines. The studio is located above a detached garage, separate from our main house, offering privacy and comfort. The unit includes a kitchenette with cooking essentials, a private shower, and a walk-in closet. A washer and dryer are available in the garage for guest use. High-speed internet and cable TV through Xfinity are also provided.

Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

This new 500sf one-bedroom Guesthouse is located above the garage behind our 1920’s bungalow with free driveway parking. Walk to Golden One arena, Old Sac, the state Capitol; Crocker Art Museum, river bike trail and restaurants. The private guesthouse is steps from Sac’s largest Farmers Market and Southside Park lake, playground, pickleball/basketball courts, city pool. Sac Airport (SMF) is 15 minutes away. Weekly Pickleball Tues/Thurs-5pm, Sun 12.
