At Gut Scheidt we rent a magnificent studio house with great views of the horse pastures and orchards. You will stay in a bright, quiet studio with sleeping loft, open kitchen and bathroom, in the middle of an idyllic horse farm. Gut Scheidt is located in the green triangle of Düsseldorf / Ratingen / Mettmann. It's less than 10 minutes to the A3. The distance to Düsseldorf city center is approx. 25 minutes. The fair and the airport can be reached in 20 minutes. The district town of Mettmann is only 10 minutes away…

Very quiet, beautiful apartment, 26m2, on the top floor of a 2-family house. Well suited for 2 people, inflatable guest bed for 3rd person. Open fitted kitchen, coffee machine. Living area with "White Limed Oak" design covering, bed 140x200 cm. DVD player + flat screen, satellite connection. Shower 100x80 cm, toilet, washbasin and mirror cabinet. Very quiet location on the outskirts of Hilden, easily accessible, 5 minutes to the A3 / A46 motorway, bus lines to Düsseldorf, Mettmann, Solingen

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Apartment in Erkrath

The newly renovated apartment is located in Hochdahl, near the Hochdahl S-Bahn station. By train you can reach Düsseldorf main station in a short time (about 10-15 minutes) and within 5 minutes by car on the highway. We (Simon & Sophie with our daughter) rent a small apartment in the lower part of our house (single apartment with separate entrance). We have a small dog (Tilly) and a cat (Coco) and have lived in Hochdahl since the beginning of 2022.

Nice apartment - central and quiet location

You will stay in the Vohwinkel district. The beautiful Art Nouveau house is very central and yet quietly located in a 30 km/h zone. The end stop of the suspension railway, the train station with S-Bahn and regional train connections are only a five or twelve-minute walk away. Shops, grocery stores and supermarkets (Kaufland, Lidl, Rewe, etc.) Pharmacies, ice cream parlors and restaurants are also within a radius of about three to ten minutes' walk.

We offer an apartment in Düsseldorf Eller. (4th floor - without an elevator). The apartment is lovingly furnished and can accommodate up to 4 people. Dining and a variety of shopping are easy and quick to reach. - Good connection to the city and the trade fair (U-Bahn, tram, S-Bahn within walking distance in a few minutes.) Free public parking is available right at your doorstep. Larger public parking lots are a 3-4 minute walk

Wir vermieten ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Dusche undToilette mit separaten Treppenhauszugang. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 7. Stock und bietet einen schönen Blick über die Stadt. Der Aufzug fährt bis zur 6. Etage. Wir wohnen ein Stockwerk darunter und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder Problemen.
