Es befinden sich in der Wohnung ein Doppelbett und ein hervorragendes Schlafsofa der Marke Bali (je 140 breit). Anreise bis 22 h, nachts wird das Hoftor geschlossen. Die Vermietung für einzelne Nächte geht nur im Ausnahmefall, Vermietung an 3 + 4 Personen erst ab 3 Übernachtungen. Kinderbett u. Hochstuhl kosten je € 3 extra. Keine Rollläden oder Jalousien. Old town oasis in MG

Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

Our nice apartment is 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all appliances. Also, a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a great WiFi connection.

Our place is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Düsseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond(NL) are also very easy to reach, and the motorway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easily accessible. We can offer a free pick-up and drop-off at Erkelenz station. Drop-off and pick-up from Düsseldorf Airport or other desired location is available at an additional charge.

This harbour pearl you can find directly opposite the famous Ghery Buildings. It is situated in the 4th floor.
