It is 32 square meters, equipped for 2 - 3 people, has 1 living room/bedroom, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. Bus and tram connections as well as bakeries and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is located in a very old renovated half-timbered house behind the Merchant's Bridge in Erfurt - In a medieval house directly on the Gera and surrounded by greenery. Due to the age of the house, there are a few individual steps between the rooms. If you have difficulty walking, be careful. No cars, no exhaust fumes. The property is located in the heart of Erfurt. Located directly behind the town hall on the water. It is a very quiet but very central, high-quality furnished and renovated accommodation. It is only 200 m to the tram at the fish market. Everything your heart desires is in the immediate vicinity. The amenities are of high quality! A beautiful terrace completes the whole thing. The listed and traffic-calmed city center offers no or paid parking.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.
