Welcome to the banks of the Loire! We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

"La Mothe", a haven of calm on the outskirts of Nantes

Completely renovated old house, character and single-story with veranda and garden, quiet in a protected neighborhood/village. Departure of nature trails (forest and banks of the Loire) adjacent to the accommodation. La Roche Ballue natural area, leisure and swimming (old quarry) 100 m away, below the house. Quiet and relaxing environment at the gates of Nantes (15 minutes drive, 20 minutes bus) and 35-40 minutes from the beaches (Pornic, La Bernerie-en-Retz).

Near Erdre (5-10 min walk), a path will take you to Parc de la Roseraie (near Beaujoire) or Chantrerie! Public transport: bus 75, chronobus C6 and tram line 1. Car: north access via A11 and south via the ring road. 1 secure underground spot 🤗 No parties allowed!

Welcome to this charming independent studio, bathed in light and fully equipped, located on the ground floor of our house in Saint Aignan. Ideally located between Nantes and the sea, this bright studio can accommodate up to 4 people + one child under 4 years old free of charge. Enjoy a pleasant view of a lush garden, surrounded by palm trees, a banana tree and vines. This place is great for a memorable vacation or to recharge after a day of work.

Cozy nest that I occupy year-round, prized for its location (St Félix) 2 steps from the Erdre and its greenery for picnicking or jogging. 4 min walk to the SAINT FELIX tram or 15 min walk to the city center, it has a bedroom adjoining a bathroom, kitchen open to the living room. Refurbished, it offers very nice functional volumes, equipped with all the necessary comforts! Superette, bakery & shops 2 min walk! Wi-Fi via your connection sharing only.

Enjoy the charming setting of this romantic boat in downtown Nantes, in front of Île Versailles. Small boat but very cozy, the bed is located in the main room. You will find the same thing inside as in the photos. A kitchen, a bed, a sofa bed, the captain's bunk in the back. A small bathroom with shower and dry toilet (important accuracy).
