Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

The sleeping area consists of a queen-size bed, storage space, a shelf with smart TV, Wifi, dining area ... The apartment is well located, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the main train station. The city center of Graz is in walking distance. Size 30 qm. We speak German, English.

Located in the centre, you can reach the main square as well as the hip Lendplatz in 5 minutes on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. The tram and bus stop are 2 minutes away, and in 10 minutes you are at the main train station. In the middle of life, yet the accommodation is quietly located and invites you to live and/or work.

Do you need a break or do you want to use the nearby bike path? Here you can relax wonderfully but also be active. The 36 m2 log cabin has a kitchen-living room, bedroom, an anteroom and a bathroom. In front of it is a large terrace where you will see the flowing mill corridor and are surrounded by a lot of nature. It is about 700 m to the public bus to the city centre, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.

Sit back and relax at this stylish and modern home in a quiet location in the volcanic country. Or enjoy long evenings at the jetty and cool off in the private swimming pond.
