You will have a small covered terrace on the ground floor, a living room (child's bed possible) with kitchenette (washing machine/dishwasher), a separate bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and walk-in shower area Numerous activities nearby: hiking from the village, paragliding, cycling, swimming and water activities on Lake Annecy 5 km away...

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

It is located at 800m of altitude in a typical village of the natural park of Les Bauges. You will find direct access for hiking in the mountains on foot or snowshoeing from the house. It's a peaceful place in the mountains.
