Perfect for families and small groups of up to 12 people, with an unusually large amount of space of over 180 m², plus a garden on the old city wall. A clear stream, the "Kleine Elz," flows directly by the house. The sandstone staircase leading to the stream can be locked to keep small children safe.

Das Studio "Mühlbach" befindet sich im 2. OG, auf der Ostseite, Wohnfläche ca. 25qm. Komplettsanierung bis 2022. Die Geräuschkulisse des Mühlbachs begleitet Dich Tag und Nacht. Im Studio befindet sich eine komplett eingerichtete Küche. Klimaanlage, gutes WLAN. Das Studio "Lichtblick", 30qm, befindet sich auf gleicher Etage, zwischen beiden befindet sich das Bad. (schau Inserat "Lichtblick") Man kann auch beide Unterkünfte buchen, wenn mehr als 2 Personen zusammen reisen.

A sunny and a shady terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer and Nespresso coffee maker, a stylish living area with FHD TV and small library await you. For the little guests there is a loft bed, travel bed, games, high chair... The apartment is non-smoking. Underground parking is available.

Emmendingen vacation home, 20 minutes from Freiburg

Our apartment is located in Emmendingen – in the middle of the Freiburg region in the southern Black Forest. Our bright, quiet apartment offers enough space for up to 4 people with 72 square meters and is modernly furnished. In addition to the spacious kitchen and a cozy living room, the apartment has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the large covered terrace you can enjoy the sun of southern Baden and the view of our farm garden. The apartment is non-smoking.

Close to nature yet central

Due to the location on the outskirts, you can enjoy nature directly from the curb and still be quickly in Freiburg (10 minutes by car) or in Europa-Park / Rulantica (20 minutes). In the bright basement apartment of our new single-family house there is a bedroom and a living-dining area with fully equipped kitchens. The missing oven is replaced by the baking function of the microwave. On request, a children's travel cot and high chair can be provided.

Du siehst den Sonnenaufgang über dem Schwarzwald und den Sonnenuntergang über dem Kaiserstuhl, bei einem Glas Wein im Queensize Bett am Fenster oder auf der Terrasse. Die großen Panoramafenster lassen dich die Natur neu erleben, während das moderne Interieur aus hellem Holz und mattem Schwarz ein Spannungsfeld dazu schafft. Ein absolut besonderer Ort.
