Here you are a farmer on an arable and livestock farm. The ultimate place for a few nights away from the hustle and bustle, where you have a cozy home at your disposal. You will experience the tranquility of the rural area, although you will hear and see the cows, chickens, pigs and machines. Wake up in peace, quiet and with unobstructed views all around you. Your cottage is new, comfortable and stylishly furnished, with modern comfort, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. You sleep on the lovely Swiss Sense bed of 180x200. Your own terrace with unobstructed views of the cows and sheep is included. Blokzijl is 10 minutes by bike and the Weerribben in our "backyard". Giethoorn and Steenwijk are 20 minutes by car. Breakfast with local products can be booked for €12.50 pp per day.

The house is located in the most beautiful spot in the Netherlands, in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve De Weerribben. Located directly on the water, there is every opportunity to rent boats, canoes, bicycles or a sup. The farm is located on the Zuiderzeepad and many bicycle junctions. The spacious apartment has 2 separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people. Optionally, a third bedroom/studio can be booked separately, only in combination with the apartment. Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

U't Hertje

Welcome to Ut'Hertje, a cozy and charming stay in the quiet village of Tollebeek. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and space of the countryside, with the cozy fishing village of Urk and the lively Emmeloord both just a 10-minute drive away. Whether you come to relax, cycle through the polder, or explore the surroundings, at Ut'Hertje you will soon feel completely at home. The rural surroundings, the friendly atmosphere and the central location make it the ideal place for a wonderful stay.

Romantic, cozy guesthouse with jacuzzi and pool

'Ons Stulpje' is a complete, separate appartment with a comfortable kingsize boxspring bed, rain shower and complete kitchen. The jacuzzi can be booked separately (€30 per 2 h timeslot). The (shared) pool can be used in Summer. Chickens roam freely. It is situated in the quiet countryside town Blankenham, close to tourist attractions like Giethoorn, Blokzijl, Steenwijk and National Park Weerribben-Wieden and Pantropica, Urk, and UNESCO Schokland. Breakfast can be added for €15 p.p. per day.

Spend the night in a unique guesthouse

Right in the city center of Emmeloord is our historical home with accompanying guest house. Partly due to its central location, our guest house "Maison de l'epée” is ideal for business travelers, among others. In the detached barn, with a private entrance, behind our house, we have made a luxury two-person guest house. It is equipped with every comfort. Within walking distance of Theater 't Voorhuys, cinema, restaurants, shops and the characteristic Poldertorn, your stay will be unique.

Our farm (in operation) is located 5 kilometers from the city center of Emmeloord. On the first floor is the guest house consisting of two rooms with private entrance, toilet and shower. Recreational or business, you will feel at home with us on the farm. There is a dog on the farm; Bobby, a sweet lubber. On workdays, Stevi is often there, our son's dog.
