The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room and living room, a separate toilet, a 2-person bedroom, 140 x 190 cm, adjoining a shower room + toilet. It is on the ground floor of a former cooperage workshop near the Colmar Canal and its bike paths. Located in the center of Alsace not far from the German border, an ideal base for exploring the region. Ideal for 2 couples or 1 couple with children, it is composed of a studio and a bedroom.
