Wir vermieten an Nichtraucher eine renovierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung mit ca. 48 m2 (bei Belegung mit einer Person) bzw. 3 Zimmer mit ca. 63 m2 (bei Belegung ab 2 Personen zusätzlich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer). Die Wohnung befindet sich in Mainburg im EG eines in 1960 erbauten Zweifamilienhauses. Mainburg liegt im Hopfenanbaugebiet Hallertau. Die Städte Freising, Landshut, Regensburg, Ingolstadt,MUC sind mit dem PKW ca. 30 bzw. 45 Minuten entfernt. München ist in ca. 75 km zu erreichen.

Apartment in the countryside

This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

We offer a beautiful small house -approx. 100sqm with its own entrance and a wonderful view of a green garden. Our house is 200m from the center of Neustadt Donau and about 5km from Abensberg. From Neustadt you can take the train to the historic city of Regensburg in 40 minutes. Shops can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Our house has a great and well-equipped kitchen and is ideal for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
