We are a bed and breakfast only accommodation and not a home to rent.This free standing villa type accommodation is less than 3 hrs drive from Sydney. This paradise is the first of the white sands and palm trees heading north. Three great lakes over 20 beaches all within 30 min drive great restaurants and holiday activities on Australia's holiday coast. 4 minute stroll to Boomerang Beach,5 minutes to Shelly ( nature beach) 15 minute stroll to restaurants and cafes. 15 minute drive to Forster.

Self-contained separate downstairs apartment with a king bed in the bedroom, and a folding sofa bed for 2 more guests. ideally the apartment is best suited for 2 adults and 1/2 children. You have your own access through the tastefully designed & furnished courtyard with 2 burner Ziggy BBQ. Walking distance to One Mile Beach and a short drive to main street restaurants. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Remember to pack your own linen including bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towel. Everything else is provided in the unit

Split level open plan, polished boards throughout, large well equipped kitchen, main bathroom with bath and modern laundry and powder room with second toilet. Lounge and dining area opens via modern bifolds onto large rear deck which is positioned looking out to the rain-forest to maximize the feeling of seclusion and privacy.
