Only five minutes walking distance from World renowned surf spot San Miguel. Good spot for surfers and wine country.

Very clean, thoroughly sanitized. Away from the street, close to downtown. Cable TV, internet, with a minibar, microwave and coffee maker, ideal for resting and/or working, hair dryer and iron. It is located outside the main house area with a separate entrance, entrance porch, completely private and very safe.

You can enjoy high-quality restaurants, craft breweries and wine cellars in the region in no more than 5 minutes. On the other hand, nearby facilities such as a gas station, markets and basic services.

I was independently adapting downstairs of a house that we also rented by Airbnb, each one has their own separate space. A few steps away we have a beautiful oceanfront viewpoint (no access to the sea) and a famous restaurant, breweries and cafes, all walking. With parking in a trellis common area.
