If you are looking for a cozy, bright and comfortable beachfront apartment in a beautiful natural area of beach and mountain with Mediterranean sea views, I highly recommend you staying at my place. Excellent for singles or couples. The apartment is directly on the beach (rocks), which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You can access all the beaches (sandy and rocks) of this natural area and the city centre of historical Denia through a lovely seaside walkway.

Family apartment that we manage both my sister Mireia and I, Celia, in the Magnolia building on the Playa del Racó. 4th floor The apartment is small but has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed in the living-dining room. It is very well lit, has tennis court and community pool. The beach is about 100m away and you can walk. There are two supermarkets nearby. The building has an elevator and ramp for people with reduced mobility. PETFRIENDLY!! 🐕🐈

Parking included in the same building. For a small/medium size car. It has a wonderful terrace with views of the square, where you can enjoy the amazing sunsets in Valencia. Places of interest: Fine sand beaches, castle, Navy, port, water sports, leisure, restaurants You will love my place because of its pools, proximity to the sea: 3 minutes walk, 250m, the beautiful gardens, its brightness, the breeze, the terrace, picina illuminated at night, paddle, barbecue, parking, closed urbanization, the people, the ambiance. My accommodation is good for one or 2 people, up to 3 people , and especially COUPLES with a child.

Nap and games in the pine forest

Our house is great for relaxing in the heart of nature. Kids can play outdoors and on swings. Enjoy with your family/friends, exclusively the house, the pine forest and the pool without having to share common spaces. Take a nap on the hammock or read a good book under the Pine trees. Only the birds and the breeze are heard here. Just a 5 minute drive to the village with all amenities and 20 min to Les Deveses beach.
