This large 375 m2 house includes 6 bedrooms, 5 of which are en-suite, as well as a green garden and a private pool. Upon entering our home, you will be immediately impressed by its interior and exterior space and surprised by its decor and style with unique handmade paintings and furniture.

Single family chalet in the Perellonet area, in development with seasonal communal pool and direct beach access in 1 min walk. It consists of 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms. barbecue/paella grill, lounge and a recreation area, terrace approx 70 m, parking for several vehicles and 2 terraces in first and second height overlooking the beach. (A travel cot is available upon request.) NO PETS, NO PARTIES.
