Security night and day. It is situated at 10 minutes walking from the most beautiful beach, PLAYA LAS BALLENAS.The house is up a little ill above the beach. But you are also at 10 mn driving from the village( the local taxis are what we call "monto concho" that means moto driver you can use everywhere

Small house on hillside, beautiful sea view, 8 minutes walk to the center of the village and all amenities. The house is composed of a kitchen living room, 1 bedroom + a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. Attention, you will have to, to get to the house go up a staircase of about a hundred steps. As a result, the house may not be suitable for everyone. But the sea view is so beautiful from the terrace!!!
