Villa Coventina Private Pool!

Beautiful refurbished house with a modern style and designer furniture. The house has a sunny living room with an equipped kitchen. The house has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two beds. The house also has a playroom for children with a sofa bed. If you decide to bring a car we have 2 exterior spaces available and there is no problem to park outside if your friends come to visit. You will also enjoy a fantastic 300 square meter garden where you can swim in the pool.

This home is quiet - relax with the whole family! It is 200 meters from the sea. It has a community pool, landscaped area and parking. There is a quiet beach 400 meters away. The development is surrounded by single houses next to garden areas where you can walk. It has cable TV and Wifi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a terrace overlooking the sea where 4 people can eat. It has everything you need for the beach.

The casita is special to enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden. Go to the Community Pool ( June, July, August and September) BBQ grill, have family fun or jump on the trampoline! And also be very close to the city (Fuengirola, Cala de Mijas, Marbella, etc.), shopping centers, restaurants, etc. You can walk to the beach, just 10 minutes (with beach bar, public baths, showers, etc.). The house is great for family, friends, and even your pet!
