This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Välkommen till ett vackert hus i Uttran, Stockholm. Njut av din vistelse i vårat hus med sjötomt , privat pool och egen brygga. En kort promenad från huset finns naturreservatet vinterskogen med en upplyst motionslinga, utegym, vandringsleder och en mysig badplats. Sjön Uttran är en avlång sjö som sommartid inbjuder till bad, fiske eller kanske bara en mysig båttur. Vintertid kan man vissa perioder ta en promenad, åka skridskor på isen eller varför inte ett uppfriskade bad i en isvak.

We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.
