Welcome to this spacious and serene space. The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

It is 35 square meters with a spacious terrace, underfloor heating, high-quality furniture from Lambert to Ligne Roset and a premium box-spring bed.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Eine Radtour im bergischen Land, ein Städte Trip nach Köln oder berufliche Termine im Umland, unsere Unterkunft bietet den idealen Ausgangspunkt für private als auch geschäftliche Ereignisse. 2 Doppelzimmer mit Bad, Küche und Balkon laden zum verweilen ein. Auf Anfrage (je nach Verfügbarkeit) ist noch ein extra Zimmer mit zwei Betten und separatem Bad verfügbar.

Wir vermieten unser 75qm großes Dachgeschoss-Appartment im Zweifamilienhaus mit Badezimmer und Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll eingerichtet mit Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, schöne Spaziergänge und Wanderungen in das Siebengebirge oder zum Rhein sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich.
