The bright, spacious apartment on the 7th floor can accommodate up to 5 guests. The entire apartment. At check-in, I am happy to give tips for a successful stay in Vienna. I am always available during your stay. Welcome to the historic core of Vienna! Stephansdom and Staatsoper are a few minutes' walk away. Also in the immediate vicinity: the Danube Canal with numerous bars, restaurants and a boat station for trips to Bratislava. In the apartment there is an information folder where you can find all the important places, sights, transport and more. Vienna is a great city. Our apartment is located in the oldest and most beautiful part of town. Almost all sightseeing is within walking distance.

Self check-in, garage space directly in the house can be rented for €15 per day, elevator from garage makes arrival /departure easy. U-Bahn station Alte Donau (U1) right by bridge, 9 minutes to the city, swimming right in front of the house. TV with all international channels, Internet Wi-Fi, living-dining room with water view, Leisure activities, cycling, jogging, supermarket opposite, very good restaurants

My perfectly located (just 10 min. walking distance to the 1st district) 72 m2 (= 720 sq ft) modern apartment is very sunny with huge terrace doors and beautifully furnished. Everything is easily accessible by public transportation; the U1 (underground) is just 2 min. away. You have full access to the entire apartm, incl. dishwasher, laundry machine, WiFi and cooking utensils Entrance hall, open kitchen (NESPRESSO machine), dining/living room, bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet + free parking

Enjoy a stylish experience in this new design apartment. You will have amazing views from the 18.floor (sunrises are particularly beautiful if you are an early bird :). If you are a night owl, switch on the fireplace and enjoy the night views. If you are coming by car, a free underground parking is awaiting you. Oh and access to a panoramic rooftop on the 30. floor is also available. I hope you will have an amazing time in this small capital city and can enjoy its hidden treasures - just ask :)

Charme and Comfort at "B&B am Park"

Our "B&B am Park" has been completely renovated this summer. It is the perfect place to relax after a long sight seeing day or after a hard day at work. On request we are happy to serve you a typical Viennese breakfast (10 EUR/Person/day). The apartment is located close to the metro station U3 Rochusgasse. Many sights are in walking distance. I am happy to recommend restaurants, theaters, museums ... to make your stay a true Viennese experience!
