Old belly arms with modern hotel-like equipment, improved sound insulation and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance are numerous bars and restaurants in the popular Sternschanze district. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

The bright, cozy and modern apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The connection to town is very good. On foot you can reach the S-Bahn station Langenfelde in about 3 minutes. From there, an S-Bahn (suburban train) runs every 10 minutes to the city center or the harbor. Duration to downtown (Stadthausbrücke) 16 min. On foot you can reach in about 4 min. two shopping possibilities: Penny (8:00-23:00) and REWE city (8:00-24:00)
