In the middle of the University of Hamburg and in the immediate vicinity of the Hamburg Fair, I offer a lovingly and lovingly furnished guest room for 2 people with breakfast room and hallway, separate entrance door in elaborately renovated old building (3 m ceiling height with stucco), with old wooden floorboards and shared bathroom and kitchen. I myself am an artist and designer, like to host and have been hosting guests from all over the world for many years. I am happy to give my guests insider tips.

Hamburg Elbstrand

Liebe Gäste, das zu mietende Objekt liegt in zweiter Reihe an der Elbchaussee. Sie können den Garten mitbenutzen (großes Trampolin mit Basketballkorb). Die Himmelsleiter und damit die Treppe zum Elbstrand ist 2 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Dort kann man einen Kaffee in der Strandperle oder dem Ahoi genießen und eine Kleinigkeit essen. Internet ist vorhanden und darf mitbenutzt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzgerei) sind fußläufig 5-10 Minuten in der Liebermannstrasse zu finden.

Hallo, ich vermiete ein Zimmer in einer Doppelhaushäfte mit Garten am Stadtrand von Hamburg. Die S- Bahn Krupunder ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Ich wohne in der Wohnung, zusammen mit einer Freundin. Bei schönen Wetter kann der Garten gerne genutzt werden. In der Küche gibt es eine Mikrowelle und einen Teekocher. Das Zimmer wird sonst als privates Gästezimmer von mir genutzt und ist daher nicht ganz leer geräumt ( Seihe Foto mit Regal). Es gibt aber genug freie Staumöglichkeiten.

The trendy Schanzenviertel with bars and restaurants is also right around the corner.

In my 80 sqm apartment I rent two rooms with a private balcony and full bathroom. An approx. 16 sqm room with king size double bed (180 x 200) and an approx. 13 sqm room with single bed (80 x 200). A small fridge with drinks, breakfast snack, Senseo coffee machine and kettle are available for guests. Public transport is about 180 m away. Reeperbahn and Fischmarkt are within walking distance.

It's really nice here. Relax in our home from the big city - in our cozy Swedish house with healthy living climate and garden. Quiet location on the outskirts of the city - with great subway connections to downtown. Quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area. Sleeps 2 plus max. 1 (also larger) child. ONE! Please DO NOT book the FOUR OF you! And please be no smokers. Please be non-smokers!! 🙂

In the countryside with a balcony

Sunny, quiet room. 10 min. walk to Ottensen. Very close: 4 bus lines. Since April 2022, it has been a resident parking zone. I can issue visitor parking tickets for €4 per day. You have your own shower room. In the morning there is a small breakfast. But: The kitchen is my private realm. No long-term bookings and noisy guests.
