A detached, cozy cottage of about 45m2 in the back of our garden, with the possibility to sit outside. It is located in the quiet and beautiful Egmond-Binnen and overlooks the Abbey. In 10 minutes, you can cycle to the beach through the beautiful dune reserve. In the village, within walking distance, there is a supermarket, restaurants, snack bar and the Abbey shop with delicious home-brewed beer and organic vegetables. Bed linen and towels are included, and you can park for free in the street.

Small cozy space with loft, the sleeping area (1.90 high) can be reached via a spiral staircase of 55cm wide. There is a kitchenette, cozy living room with sofa and TV. There is a 4-person apartment on the side of the farm. Wonderfully quiet in a rural setting. With your own garden to relax. During public holidays, rentals are only weekly with changeover day on Friday. It is beautifully located between the bulb fields in spring. Our accommodation is experienced by the children as very nice, close to mom and dad and yet their own place, parents have more privacy, there is an outdoor garden with a veranda where you can sit.... photos to follow, it's just finished, ....cycling in the area is recommended, ( free bikes )
