Beautiful 2-room apartment fully furnished 15 minutes to Ulm Fully equipped 2-room apartment separated by lockable sliding door. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, pots, etc.) The apartment is located approx. 15 minutes by car from Ulm main station and downtown. A8 & A7 are in approx. 10-15 minutes, while the university in Geislingen/Steige and the University of Ulm are 15 minutes away by car.

Cozy rustic room to turn off

The flat is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Perfect for switching off and unwinding...

Quiet apartment with its own entrance and parking space

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen can also be reached in 20-25 minutes. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want to get more in the nature, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. A parking space is directly on the property. In the village, there is a bakery and a butcher. Other shopping possibilities are in about 6km.

Welcome to Heidenheim. Quietly located in a prime residential area with very good bus connections is our beautiful 2-room apartment plus private bathroom and kitchen. Wi-Fi and TV are self-evident. A perfect retreat for business travelers, tourists or students. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob and a basic set of kitchen utensils.
