Das Haus hat 8 liebevoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, 2x Küche, große Essecke, sehr großes Wohnzimmer (Plätze für 20/25 Personen) DVD, 3x WC, 3x Bad mit Dusche und 1x Bad mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine, Holzofen, 22 km von der A9 entfernt (AS Hengersberg)

Das Einfamilienhaus hat 200m² Wohnfläche. Gebucht werden kann davon ein Fremdenzimmer mit Doppelbett. Auf der Südseite ist eine 40m² große Terrasse inkl. Whirlpool. Das Whirlpool ist 365Tage im Jahr beheizt und steht den Gästen zur freien Benutzung. Das Haus steht in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und eignet sich daher hervorragend zum Entspannen und Relaxen. Es liegt in der Tourismusregion Inn-Salzach. Die Städte Salzburg und München liegen innerhalb einer Fahrstunde.

You are surrounded by nature in this house. With a wonderful view onto the lake Attersee from the kitchen, the atelier/office and the balcony. It is super calm here, you can hear the birds in the morning, watch deer passing by – if your are lucky. It takes 20 minutes by foot to get to the lake.
