Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

Only 350 yards walk to a beautiful hiking trail in the forest on the edge of the slope to the sea. Furnished with cozy furniture, flea market finds and new mixed. NOTE! The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Our cottage is located in lovely Skæring, only 12 km from Aarhus C. On the other side of the road is a small forest and the beach and sea 700 meters from the house. The cottage is very bright with sliding doors from the kitchen, living room and a bedroom out to the large wooden terrace with pizza oven, gas grill and garden furniture. There is a lovely outdoor spa and trampoline in the garden. There are a total of two rooms in the house with double beds (160 cm wide). Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place.
