Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

The optimal transport connections by car, public transport or bicycle make MA-Seckenheim the ideal starting point for visiting concerts and trade fairs in Mannheim. The SAP Arena and the Maimarkt fairground are just a few minutes away. Heidelberg, Schwetzingen and Ladenburg are further attractions in the immediate vicinity. Hikers get their money's worth in the Odenwald. Those travelling for work will also appreciate the central location. It couldn't be more versatile!

In the immediate vicinity you will find the Edekamarkt, the tram line 5, which takes you to beautiful Heidelberg (20 minutes) or the square town of Mannheim (30 minutes) in no time. You can also walk directly from your accommodation towards Neckar in 5 minutes to take a nice walk there.
