It is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. Our house is ideal for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and who want a time of relaxation.

You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.

Towels and linens are included. The beds are already made upon your arrival, so you can start your vacation right away.

To get to the house you have to go up a few stairs, but this is rewarded with a beautiful view.

Haus am Bach is our new group accommodation in Referinghausen. This luxury holiday villa is just a stone's throw from Haus am wilde Aar. The property will be fully renovated in 2026 into a spacious and comfortable holiday home for up to 18 people. Inside, you'll find a warm, cosy interior with a comfortable sitting area and a wood-burning stove, while outside, the large garden invites you to relax, play and spend time together.
