The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. On request: Booking for 1 night and for only 1-2 people possible with additional cleaning and energy package.

Swedish chalet on Lake Edersee with lake view

Our holiday home is located about 100 m from the Edersee on a hill, so that from here, depending on the water level, one has a wonderful lake or Edersee-Atlantis view. In autumn and winter you can enjoy the wonderful view through our large panoramic windows. Enjoy the absolute peace and quiet and watch deer, foxes and rabbits right in front of your front door. Our house is ideal for people who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and want a time of relaxation.

Please inform yourself on the internet about the level of the lake, the amount of water changes, even in summer. The tranquility invites you to experience pure nature. Your studio stands out for itself, only an internal staircase we share. The whole environment is a dream for hiking, marveling at heaven, and dreaming.

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space. Experience the beauty around the Edersee. In the middle of the touristy Waldeck. Hiking trails right behind the house. Restaurants around the corner and Waldeck at the end of the street. The guests of this apartment have access to a terrace at the back of the house. You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

With private jetty! Vacation apartment cabin

Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.

The landscape invites you to hike (Kaufunger Forest, Münden Nature Park), cycle, but also to visit Kassel or Göttingen (e.g. World Heritage Site Kassel Bergpark). Both cities can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Bikers are also welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/bicycles.

Vacation home 20 in the forest by the lake Twistesee vacation

Our cottage 20 can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms. The log cabin is right on the edge of the forest, is child-friendly and has its own parking space in front of the door. If you want to work on vacation, you can do this comfortably at the desk and use the existing Wi-Fi. Dogs are also welcome. The Twistesee can be reached quickly in about 300 meters.
