Here you really live directly on the lake – not just "near the lake".

Please inform yourself on the Internet about the level of the lake, the amount of water changes, even in summer. The tranquility invites you to experience pure nature. Your studio stands alone. We only share a common internal staircase. The entire area is a dream for hiking, marveling at the sky and dreaming.

Our small cozy cottage is located on the outskirts of the village with a distant view far into the Kellerwald National Park. The detached cottage can be reached by a small enchanted path - or you can drive comfortably up the mountain behind the house, park directly on the associated parking space and go down a wide staircase to the house. The cottage has a living-dining room, a bedroom and a bright bathroom as well as a large protected terrace.

The Mediterranean-style house "Bella Vista" is located on a sunny viewing platform over the lake, in the middle of idyllic nature, directly on the Jungle Trail and offers a fantastic view far over the lake, to the castle of Waldeck and the mountain ranges of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. The apartment "TOSCANA" is the "Kronjuwel" of the three apartments located in the house, which is elegantly and elegantly furnished.

The accommodation extends over two floors: Upper floor: Here you will find a spacious living area of approx. 90 sqm, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom in Finnish log cabin style, a bathroom with shower, and an additional guest WC. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

On a living area of 30 m² there is a bedroom with double bed, a children's room with bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a living/dining area with kitchen. The Eulenkopf chalet has a size of 40 m² and is designed for up to 2 people.
