Historic City Center Apartment in Vogelenbuurt

Spacious (120m2) exclusive apartment with everything you need for a carefree stay in Utrecht. Perfect for families and one or two couples. Enjoy the entertainment options like Sonos sound system, Smart TV with Chromecast, Netflix and smart ambient lightning, while period touches include stained glass, high ceilings and authentic chandeliers. The apartment is devided over 2 floors and had a total size of around 120 square meter. The apartment is big enough to accommodate a family with (young) kids, 2 couples or single couples who needs some extra space. Also business- and solo-travellers are more than welcome to stay. On the first floor: A toilet and small room with desk, a spacious living room with large sofa, TV (with Chromecast) and music equipment. Via the living room there is an entrance to the balcony. Open kitchen with all facilities like microwave, oven, dishwasher. This whole floor has the authentic high ceilings which give a very spacious feeling. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with large bed and entrance to the second balcony, 1 bedroom with sleeping couch for 1-2 person(s). Large bathroom with huge bath, separate walk in shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. WiFi, clean bedsheets, towels, dishwashing tablets, coffee and tea are included. Next to this you can make use of our iPad, Netflix account, Chromecast, Apple TV, iMac, electric drumkit, acoustic guitar and Sonos sound system. In case of any questions or doubts; don't hesitate to send us a message. Note: This apartment is not suitable for parties or loud group of people. Please have a party in the city or stay elsewhere. Welcome in Utrecht! Shop in the boutiques and supermarkets and dine in the hip restaurants in the famous streets of Oudegracht and Voorstraat, 5 minutes away by foot. Stroll in the open spaces of nearby Griftpark, while the central railway station is a 15-minute walk. Train: The apartment is located 15 min walking distance from Utrecht Central Station train station. Utrecht is easiest reachable within 30 min by train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Car: There are paid parking places in the street for EUR 3,58 per hour or EUR 24,96 per day. On Sunday it is free to park. There is also an option to park in parking garage called Grifthoek for EUR 16,00 per day. This parking garage is very close by (4 min walk) Free parking is possible near train station Utrecht Overvecht, but will take you at least 20-25 min walk to the apartment.

A Mexican/Frida Kahlo inspired, pet and child friendly and cozy apartment in the heart of Zeist with a unique city garden. Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

Ons appartement is sfeervol ingericht en van de belangrijkste gemakken voorzien. Goed te verwarmen, kookgelegenheid incl. potten, pannen, oven/magnetron en servies en een koelkast. TV, Wifi, eigen douche en toilet (kleine badkamer) , 2 aparte slaapkamers boven met 1 een- en 1 tweepersoonsbed. Kinderbedje en speelgoed is ook aanwezig. Voor de deur is een verkeersvrije zone, dus er geen overlast van voorbijrazend verkeer. Zeddam, monumentaal genieten in luxe appartement.

Licht en ruim, met ruim 50m2 is er genoeg ruimte voor een luxe verblijf voor 2 personen. Keuken, kamer, badkamer, aparte toilet en slaapkamer zijn allen nieuw en luxe. We hebben de zelfstandige studio ingericht met materialen van hoge kwaliteit. Zoals je het zelf thuis ook zou willen. Hoewel wij geen ontbijt serveren zorgen we bij aankomst altijd voor een koelkast gevuld met wat drankjes, boter, yoghurt/kwark, eitjes, jam. Ook zijn er ontbijtgranen, olie/azijn, suiker, koffie en thee.

Het Vlinderhuisje is een eenvoudig vrijstaand en betaalbaar verblijf ligt in een woonwijk aan de rand van het dorp. Het huisje heeft een eigen ingang. Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

Luxe studio nabij centrum en Station Nijmegen

Het onlangs gerenoveerde appartement is gelegen in de gezellige wijk Bottendaal met terrasjes en cafés in overvloed. Het is op loopafstand van het centraal station, stadscentrum en de Radboud universiteit en ziekenhuis. Ook parkeren is geen probleem. De straat is rustig en groen. In het appartement vindt u allerlei apparatuur zoals een wasmachine, vaatwasser, koelkast/vriezer, oven en magnetron. Het appartement heeft een eigen opgang en balkon.
