The area consists of 7 islands, which are connected by small bridges and canals. Here is a marina and a lock As a tenant, you have access to all communal activities, i.e. swimming pool with hot water pool, children's pool and sauna. In addition, sports hall with various activities, Badminton and Padel court. There is a large outdoor playground, tennis courts, mini golf and mountain bike track... etc.

From the living room, there is access to the wooden terrace, which is covered and faces south-west. The large lawn is suitable for play and is surrounded by trees. There is a charger for electric cars.

Linens not included in the rent, booked if necessary when booking. Heat source is heat pump and electricity. No TV channels. But there is Chromecast and wifi so you can stream TV from apps on your phone.
