Located in Canarsie, Brooklyn, this is an updated cozy and bright apartment that is walking distance to bars, restaurants, night-life, supermarkets, Canarsie Pier, and public transportation including an express bus to Manhattan (BM2 runs Mon -Sat), 30 minutes to Manhattan by L train, and 15 minutes to JFK airport by car. NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.

The apartment is located in east Flatbush Brooklyn on a quiet block. Buses and train stations are closely accessible. As well as malls, markets and churches. The apartment is decorated with a modern and Mediterranean feel with a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. New appliances including wine cooler and remote lighting. I also reside in the unit and I will be present in the unit. You’ll share parts of the home with the host and there should be no more than two people.

The bedroom has high ceilings and large windows that lets in the beautiful morning sunlight. My home is a few feet away from the local and private bus routes. 15 min ride to the NYC Subways and available local parking. A 20 minute drive from JFK airport.

Soak up the modern charm of this beautiful 😍 Brooklyn unit in the neighborhood of East Flatbush. Place is located 20 mins from JFK and LGA. Walking distance from busses and trains. 45 minutes from midtown Manhattan 20 minutes from Barclays. Around the corner is Brookdale hospital and a large choice of different types of food. From Chinese, Jamaican, American, Italian, and Japanese food and a supermarket. Everything to make great stay!

Just 1 block away you’ll find a supermarket and the L train station with multiple bus lines. I’m also about 15-20 minutes from JFK airport.
