The Captain's Cottage - Private Cottage Near Belmar Marina

The Captain's Cottage is in an awesome location in the back of a property that is across from the waterfront park along Shark River. Paddle-board/kayak rentals, fishing piers, charter boats, mini-golf, and Belmar's newest waterside restaurants are right across the street. Waterfront views from the yard and one of the best sunsets at the shore! Includes 2 person kayak, 2 bikes & 2 beach badges! Perfect shore weekend getaway for couples or small group of friends. 1 mile to ocean. Short Uber, bike, or train ride to Asbury Park. Also, please note that there are two houses on this property, both are rental listings. Privacy is no concern... the two houses, their addresses, yards, and parking are all separated. However, the driveway entrance is shared. This listing is for the back house on the property. The Captain's Cottage is in a very unique location for Belmar. In the past few years, the Belmar Marina area has gained popularity as park spaces, waterfront walkways, fishing piers, and new bars and restaurants have opened up along the Shark River. 9th Ave Pier and Marina Grille have been a big hit, where you can enjoy a waterfront meal and drink while watching the beautiful sunset. Fishing charter boats, mini golf, parasailing, kayak/stand-up paddleboard rentals are also available in this area. The home is still close to Main Street and roughly one mile to the ocean. As an alternative to the ocean, there is also a free beach along Shark River directly across the street from the home. It is also a short Uber, bike, or train ride to Asbury Park. Parking: Two cars can fit in the space assigned, and additional parking is available for no cost at the adjacent side streets (K or L Street). The Belmar Train Station and Belmar Main Street is a short walk. It is one mile from the ocean and there is also a free public beach right across the street along the Shark River. A very short Uber, bike, or train ride to Asbury Park. Please be mindful of the shared driveway entrance and parking assignments.

The best Point Pleasant Beach Home with a View!

Just a quick walk over the bridge to get to the famous Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk and Strollo's The "Lighthouse" ice cream place! There are so many arcades, bars, amusement rides and entertainment on the boardwalk. You also have beach access for all you beach goers! If you're into live music be sure to check out the Warfside and Patio Bar! just 2 blocks way! We love the tranquility of the property - the backyard is its own private oasis with a spacious deck just off the kitchen, in-ground pool , fire pit, and large yard adjacent to Wreck Pond brook. The pool (opens May 12th- early October) is a great way for visitors to enjoy each other's company morning, noon or night! The quiet peaceful neighborhood is perfect for walks and bike rides. Spring Lake beach is only an 8 min bike ride away!

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath victorian home

Each of the three bedrooms has brand new queen size beds and all 2.5 bathrooms are brand new as is the kitchen and everything else in this gourgous victotian home with lots of outdoor space including front wrap around pouches and large private backyard with gardens . All this just three houses off the heart of Downtown Manasquan. Only dogs under 20 pounds and they have to be non-shedding and well trained.
