Big Sunny Room in Huge DUMBO Loft

I've had quite a few guests who are Airbnb veterans but never booked a shared space before. (The guest room is private; the rest of the loft is shared.) None of them have ever been disappointed. I live alone and the guest room and my bedroom are at opposite ends of an enormous space so there's a real feeling of privacy. You're also not going to have the all too common experience of finding the place a mess when you arrive or discovering that it looks nothing like the pictures.

Centrally located in Williamsburg, and with a private bathroom for guests, around the corner from Whole Foods, Equinox and the Apple store, steps from the water, and between the JMZ and L trains for quick service to Manhattan, this is the ideal location from which to experience New York City! The neighborhood has an endless supply of restaurants, bars, vintage shops and art studios all within walking distance, but is calm and safe enough to feel like home.

Easy access to Manhattan, Prospect Park, and dozens of restaurants. Four subway lines are within two blocks and it is a 15 minutes ride to lower Manhattan. This ground floor bedroom is approx. 100 sq. ft. with a full size bed. It adjoins a private 20 sq. ft., bathroom in an authentic, single family brownstone. Guests have control of heat/air conditioning. The house is typically very quite in an upscale, historic neighborhood, full of Victorian charm.
