The house is 1.6 km from the Baltic Sea, which can be reached through the forest. The property consists of two separate apartments, but is rented as a whole. The house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 2 living rooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large terrace and a spacious garden with furniture, a grill, a playground and a parking lot for 3 cars. 200 qm großes Ferienhaus, gebaut 2024 auf einem 1000 qm großen Grundstück. 1,3 km zu Fuß durch den Wald des Nationalparks Wollin zum Strand.  Schlafhaus: 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 WC. Wohnhaus: Großer Wohnbereich, Lehmofen, Sauna, Esstisch, Kücheninsel sowie Terrasse und Garten. Der Ort erinnert an die Ostsee, wie wir sie auf Usedom von früher kennen: Hoher Buchenwald, wenig Menschen, keine Autos in der Nähe des Strandes – und die Ostsee ohne Promenade und Spektakel.

Po raz pierwszy! Zapraszam do wynajęcia nowego (2018) całorocznego domu w zabudowie bliźniaczej nad morzem w uroczej, spokojnej miejscowości Łukęcin (7 km od Dziwnowa, 15 km od Kamienia Pomorskiego). Dom położony jest ok. 250 m od morza na skraju sosnowego lasu. Przeznaczony jest dla maksymalnie 6 osób (w tym dzieci). Jego powierzchnia to ok. 90 m2. Wewnątrz domu obowiązuje zakaz palenia. Zapraszamy gości wraz z pupilami! Psy są u nas szczęśliwe :)
