Luxury villa of 400 m2, 5BR, large sunny terrasse, outside dining and large garden. In beautifull Hellerup - close to city center, tourist attractions, nice beaches, play grounds and green areas. Easy quick transport to city center. Ground and 1st floor have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (325 m2), easily fitting 2 families. But the villa also has an apartment below (staircase inside house) with 1 bedroom (sleeping 2-4), bathroom and living-/dining room, if you are 2 families and wish extra privacy.

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. With a spacious garden, large terrace, trampoline, and a balcony on the first floor, our home is a wonderful retreat for families. House in Charlottenlund close to seashore

Welcome to our house built in 1914, it is 340kvm and a perfect house for a family and friends gathering. We have a big garden and barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and one toilet. In two of the bedrooms we have 180x200cm beds and the rest has 140x200cm beds. We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share.

Fantastisk mulighed for a hygge sig både inde og ude med hele familien. Udearealet består af en stor terrasse, sofaarrangement, spisebord, loungemøbler, træningsrum og swimmingpool + spa. Swimmingpoolen er opvarmet til 28 grader og spaen 38, så uanset vejret, så kan man hygge i timevis. Indenfor er der god plads til at spille, hygge eller se en god film i det store åbne køkken- og stueområde. Tre værelser i stueplan og derudover værelse + krearum og udklædningsområde i underetagen.

Smuk og spektakulær bolig med stor have tæt på København. Huset er arkitekttegnet og har plads til den store familie. Med inspiration fra både japansk og skandinavisk arkitektur er det en helt særlig oplevelse at træde ind i den store villa. Villaen egner sig især godt til børnefamilier og ligger kun et par minutters gang til stationen hvorfra der går tog direkte til det centrale København hvert 10. minut. Children friendly house with a garden and fantastic view over the ocean, Sweden, two smaller islands and the bridge to Sweden. The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Restaurants, shops and the metro, which will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, is just a short walk away. You will be close to everything!

Bright cozy room in Bagsværd/Søborg

The room is equipped with a double bed and a storage cupboard . Centrally located with the train station and bus stops in close proximity as well as shops and eateries. It takes approximately 30 mins to the city centre by train. DTU, Novo Nordisk and the bagsvaerd lake are also very close. The place is ideal for sleep overs , city tours , longer stays and business travel.
