It has a large well equipped kitchen, lounge room, reading room, outdoor decking with BBQ, and beautiful garden to relax in. Only 3 mins walk from the shops, pub, cafes, Forest Discovery Centre and skate / pump park and a short drive from Lane Poole Reverse, Nanga, Orchards, Wine Tree Cidery, Trees Adventure and so much more.

Situated on a working farm, only five minutes out of the nearby town of Donnybrook, but a world away from city life. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Your baseline booking provides for 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6. The 4th King Bedroom is available UPON REQUEST, for an additional booking fee, providing for up to 8 guests. Wood fire and electric blankets for cosy winter nights.

Honeymoon Hideaway -Adults Only Retreat

Beautifully hidden away cabin situated approximately 5 kms north of Harvey. Relax and hide away in our self-contained cabin in front of the log fire or sit on the decked balcony with a refreshing drink in hand and watch the variety of wild birds and sheep that roam the 90 tranquil acres. The cabin is out of sight so nothing can disturb you except for the sound of the nature. Please note -there is no oven, no wifi. 4WD is preferable for the steep driveway. Adults only and no pets.

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
