Our guest house, completed in 2020, is located in the middle of the picturesque town center of Fessenbach, an old wine village not far from the city of Offenburg, which is also often referred to as the "gateway to the Black Forest." The carefully furnished house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. From this starting point you have the choice between nature, city, culture or numerous festivities taking place throughout the year in the nearby area. And Strasbourg and Europa-Park Rust are also just around the corner.

Come and recharge your batteries in our treehouse (not accessible to people with reduced mobility; access via a miller's ladder) with a view of our miniature goats, our mini donkeys, our mini ponies and our pig. It's a place for total disconnection, but with very good mobile network coverage (just in case) 😀. You’ll be able to enjoy a real spa experience on the cabin’s terrace. ⚠️ The cabin is not suitable for infants. 20 minutes from Strasbourg, 15 minutes from Haguenau, 10 minutes from Germany.

Lovingly renovated Black Forest house from 1831

The typical Black Forest house from 1831 was lovingly renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, which is accessible, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The large living/cooking/dining area with its clay-plastered walls and solid wood fixtures is at the center of the house. In the historic attic there is a large and two small bedrooms. There is also a cozy bathroom in the attic. A stream ripples past in front of the playground in the garden. Tourist tax not included!

Our apartment (40 square meters) is located in our new building with a separate entrance and offers everything you need for a few relaxing days. Shopping of any kind is within walking distance. The adjacent meadows and forests invite you to take small and large walks. In the vicinity is the nearest ski resort just 15 minutes by car from the apartment. The beautiful Mummelsee is also a 14-minute drive away and invites you to take leisurely walks.
