Our place is good for families (with or without kids). Its location will allow you to discover the eastern part of the Haute-Loire department and enjoy a multitude of activities nearby according to your tastes: Gorge de la Loire 15 minutes away, and Dunière 5 minutes away for fishing and canyoning; Mont Mezenc and Parc du Pilat 40 minutes away for hiking; Voie Verte, tree climbing, rail biking less than 10 minutes away; Family walk 2 steps away. The apartment (95 m2), ideal for a family, renovated in the colors of Le Corbusier, incorporates characteristic elements of the time. A perfect base to discover the region: Saint-Etienne (10 min), Puy-en-Velay (45 min) and Lyon (1 hr).

Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

The accommodation is ideal for couples, small families or even friends wishing to relax for a few days in the countryside or wishing to discover the charms of the Haute-Loire. Dunières is a lovely village, typical of Auvergnat, with all amenities (mall, restaurants, bakeries, cold meats, etc.). Together with the surrounding villages, the region offers activities for all ages (hikes, velvet, aquatic centre, craft museum, etc.).

You will be facing Mount Gerbier de Ronc, the mountain range of the Velay Mountains located at 1000 meters above sea level. Be careful during the summer period, preference for weekly booking. House located 15 minutes from the Lignon Himalayan footbridge.
