A few steps from the elegant sea finely renovated apartment in July 2022 in the prestigious and exclusive area of Duna Fiorita (Caorle). Pool for exclusive use of the residence only. The swimming pool is freely usable from May to September, asking for the exact days of seasonal start and end of use of the swimming pool. Tennis and Padels overlooking the apartment and can be used (for a fee).

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
