Alpacadroom is a unique location at the edge of the village and the Speulderbos. Our cozy vacation home can accommodate 14 people. The old horse stables with barn have been converted into an attractive, modern, and luxurious guesthouse. The spacious living room features a complete kitchen with a cooking island. All bedrooms have a TV and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The entire property has underfloor heating. It is very suitable for family or friends' week(end) gathering. Overlooking our alpaca grasslands.

Here you are a farmer on an arable and livestock farm. The ultimate place for a few nights away from the hustle and bustle, where you have a cozy home at your disposal. You will experience the tranquility of the rural area, although you will hear and see the cows, chickens, pigs and machines. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Our B&B is located in Oldebroek, centrally located on the nature-rich Veluwe with its many cycling routes and hiking trails. The Room Our B&B has all the comforts. A living room and a complete kitchen. In our bedroom with mural, there is room for two people. The house is also equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine.

This unique home is built under architectural design and guidance. Rural location on the outskirts of forest and sand drift. Veluwemeer is within cycling distance. Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the area. Downstairs everything is on the same floor. People with a physical disability are welcomed as well. (Assistance from the host is possible based on availability. He is a nurse.) Pets are not allowed (except service dogs). No parties! No smoking in the house!
