It consist of 9 rooms: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, livingroom, kitchen, veranda, disposal room and 2 balconies.View extend to sea, islands, fort and whole town. Within the apartament is a fenced yard with a parking place in front of the house. Nearby is a supermarket and gas station (50m). The beach is 100 m away and town center 200m. Within the apartament are a fireplace and barbecue and a garden all available to guests.

Terraced house with garden

Apartment Mia is located in the small village of Stivan on the island of Cres. In the immediate vicinity there is a shop and a church, while the restaurant is a 5-minute walk away and the beach is about 15min away. The apartment has two terraces, a large front overlooking the center of the village (and Osorscica Mountain and in the distance the sea), and a small back terrace overlooking the garden. Below the house is a garden with olive trees and parking spaces.
