Ķuća je novo sagrađena i opremljena vrlo moderno i kvalitetno, smjestena u Kvarnerskom zaljevu par kilometara od mosta za otok Krk (aerodrom) i grada Crikvenice.

Smješten je u stambenoj zgradi u koju se ulazi sa sjeverne strane pa je ulaz praktički u razini stana koji je na 3. katu. Sa balkona-loggie pruža se lijep pogled na more, prostor gdje možete boraviti tokom dana. Spavača soba ima prostrani krevet, garderobni ormar i trosjed. U dnevnom boravku sofa se pretvara u ležaj za dvoje. Parkirno mjesto je ispred zgrade.

Nice and airy accommodation with private terrace surrounded with beautiful flowers. Two private parking places are available for our guests. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living area completely equipped with everything you need for perfect vacation. Apartment has floor heating great for a peaceful winter gateway.

The facilities are connected by an outdoor covered terrace. Most markets are 10-15 min walk from the apartment.
