Stairs required; staircases not ideal for folks with mobility issues and are not handicap accessible. Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, basic cookware, microwave, toaster, Kuerig, & hot plate (no oven). Only shared space is the fenced yard with fire pit! Bright, private basement suite in the Kingfield neighborhood. No cleaning or pet fees. Shared home, I live above the separate rental space along with my cats and teen sons. Located near Lake Harriet and walking/ biking trails; within blocks of great restaurants and shops. Near I35W and bus transit for access to downtown and MOA/ Airport. Suite has a single bed, full-size futon, smart TV, board games, record player, sauna, laundry. Pet friendly w/ pet supplies. Friendly backyard chickens.
