The apartment is part of an 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Very spacious, kitchen, walk in closet, Newly renovated amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, lg yard, wonderful back porch, great books selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off street parking. Local art on walls. We live upstairs and we will be handy if you need anything or have questions.

The yard features a spacious patio,Pool table, Pingpong, a wood fired Pizza Oven (Ask me about firing it up for an event) A Koi pond that you can soak in ( 20'x4'x4' deep and crystal clear) plus there is an private outdoor hot tub! Theres even a climbing wall

Stairs required; staircases not ideal for folks with mobility issues and are not handicap accessible. Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, basic cookware, microwave, toaster, Kuerig, & hot plate (no oven). Only shared space is the fenced yard with fire pit! Pets welcome; $30 pet fee and dogs must be under 50 lbs.
