Mit Platz für bis zu sechs Personen ist sie ideal für Paare oder Familien. Zusätzlich zu den 2 Schlafzimmern lässt sich die Couch im Wohnzimmer einfach ausziehen. Von der zentral gelegenen Wohnung lassen sich Gastronomie oder auch ein Supermarkt fußläufig erreichen, wenn man die voll ausgestattete Küche nutzen möchte.

Diese moderne Unterkunft wurde 2023 fertiggestellt. Sie liegt im 2. OG und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Der Sonnenuntergang lässt sich hier besonders gut genießen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und freundlich. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett (140x200m) und im Wohnzimmer steht eine elegante Schlafcouch bereit. Auf Wunsch kann gerne ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Keine Haustiere erlaubt! Kein Aufzug vorhanden!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a townhouse. There is direct proximity to the A59 highway, towards Düsseldorf and Cologne. Both Düsseldorf and Cologne can be reached within 15-20 minutes by car or train. The S-Bahn [suburban train] stop is a 15-minute walk away. However, there is also a bus stop very close by. Probably the largest waterski resort in Germany is a few hundred meters away. Simple swimming is also possible here.
